The amount of effort and time they put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, they spent their entire evening walking me through the “big picture.” From there on out, they were always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) – every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to them. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and they would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Juan Oropeza does it – and to the fault of everyone else I worked with – they set my expectations really high and not unrealistically high because they would meet them.

Juan is awesome! He got my house to get an offer in 3 days originally we were gonna post if for 399k but last minute he suggested we go to 415k. So we did and we accepted and offer of 420k. This man did a lot! We worked his butt off. Even helped with some manual labor just to get the house presented as best as possible! He also was able to find me a house to buy and both houses closed within a span of 7 days. We worked some magic. The most professional hard working realtor/ person i could of found! Thank you Juan. It has been a great turn of events since February when Juan and Julian randomly knocked on my door to see if I was interested in selling or buying new property.
